Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of (or authorized to act for the owner of) the property you're requesting an inspection for.

Inspection requests

Submitting our form is a request, not a contract. We'll follow up to confirm scheduling. Free inspections are exactly that — free. No obligation, no charge.

SMS messaging

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Summit Ridge Roofing about your inspection request at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accuracy of info

You agree the information you give us — name, phone, email, address, description of the issue — is your own and accurate. We rely on it to schedule and route the inspection.

No warranty

The website is provided as-is. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any inspection report or claim advice we give you is based on what we see at the time of inspection and is not legal or insurance advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do.
